In the Home and Hospitality Business, the market segment “Individual Home Buyers” has been identified as an opportunity to grow product Segments. Retail and Individual home business segments present an opportunity to expand the business further by leveraging the Saint-Gobain and Philips brand channel partners- ECUBE GROUP, establishing retail base, creating end to end fulfilment process. This position is responsible for increasing the business revenue, build customer relationships, build a loyal influencer base for generating business, collaborate within other roles in the unit for delighted customer experience.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.
  • Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
  • Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
  • Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
  • Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Architect, Builders, Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores and Trades).
  • Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
  • Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
  • Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customer.

 

Is accountable primarily for a sale of major products in both Saint-Gobain and Philips, which includes but not limited to, Shower Enclosures, Kitchen shutters, RTU, UPVC Windows, Railings Wardrobes, Philips - Smart Lightings etc.

Sales value generation @ category level @ Source of awareness (SOA) level Effective conversion of leads

Collection efficiency from customer @ 100%

Business Development

Maintain relationship and drive effectiveness in influencer participation in business generation.

Constantly look out for potential business opportunities and pursue for conversion

 

Customer centricity

NPS of the consumer Complaint closure index

Pre-sales complaints of consumers

 

System and Process Adoption

Delivering performance indices on processes and system to drive business

Driving adoption of tools for systems and processes

Qualifications / experience required (Relevant academic qualification, min experience & typical attributes required for this position)

Proven working experience as Customer service executives, or a relevant role

  •  MBA/ BE Civil   with proven Sales Track Record (Option – Preferred)
  • Any Graduate with proven track record in services to homes industry (Option – At least)
  • MBA with any Background with proven track record in Individual Home Buyer segment.
  •  Minimum of 0–2-year experience in services to home segment.
