Company Overview:

We are a VC-backed fintech start-up, with an aim to help Indians get access to and manage credit in the simplest way possible. Our Products, Rupicard, a secured credit card (backed by FD), and GoodScore, a credit score builder and credit management app, have amassed over 70 lakh downloads on the Play Store and are a consistent presence in India's Top 30 finance apps.

Our Founders are IIT and IIM Alumni. They have worked at top companies such as Amazon, ITC, and Warburg Pincus and have a combined work experience of ~20 years.


Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Program Manager to join our team. The program manager will own key business metrics and revenue for a business vertical. They will be the primary person responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives with tech, product, operations, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in an execution-based role.


Key Responsibilities:

– Business Metrics & Revenue Targets:

  • Own key business metrics and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with other functions to drive new initiatives, improve existing processes, and scale operations.

– Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement program strategies and objectives that support the organization's overarching goals.
  • Ensure successful execution of program plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets and adapt to changing circumstances.

– Resource Management & Project Coordination:

  • Allocate and manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, across multiple projects within the program.
  • Oversee the progress of individual projects, ensuring they are on track and meet deadlines.

– Stakeholder Communication:

  • Keep stakeholders informed about program progress, key milestones, and any changes that may impact them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

– Change Management and Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement changes within the program and manage the impact on projects and stakeholders.
  • Conduct program evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to enhance future performance.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a business role
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consulting or within a startup environment is highly advantageous.
  • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work five days a week from the office.
  • Excellent data interpretation skills and high resilience.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven results.
  • Innovative mindset with strong people management skills and an understanding of competitive analysis.
