Dear All,

Razorpay, Bangalore is hiring a Senior Associate - Program & Events Manager.

Job Role - The Program Manager will oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects for RazorpayX. You will be responsible for aligning project goals with business objectives, managing timelines, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Planning:

  • Define and lead the program strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Identify program risks and opportunities, and proactively manage mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external vendors.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for program status updates, risks, and issues.
  • Provide regular program updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Track and manage program budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Ensure resource allocation and capacity planning are done effectively to meet program goals.
  • Monitor financial health of the program, identifying cost-saving opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
