Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our branding and social media initiatives and elevate our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, social media management, and creating luxury wellness brands.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and awareness.

·        Lead the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

·        Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.

·        Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

·        Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and events.

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

·        Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and visibility.

·        Lead the rebranding efforts, if necessary, and ensure a smooth transition to the new brand identity.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.

·        Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands, including experience with luxury wellness brands.

·        Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.

·        Expertise in social media management across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

·        Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.

·        Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability.
