Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns for our Australian and international clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results through innovative social media strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of social media campaigns for our Australian and other International clients.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve client objectives and goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance and optimizations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all social media campaign-related inquiries.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in Social Media Campaign Management, working with platforms like Taboola, managing E-Commerce campaigns, and implementing Native/Programmatic advertising strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of Australian social media trends and audience preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in client handling and managing client expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in SEO, GTM, GA4 will be a plus


Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Location: Chennai (Onsite Only, Candidates in Chennai will be given preference)
