Position Purpose

At Cambay Solutions, as a Technical Recruiter, you will elevate Cambay Solutions’ relationships and hiring practices. You will proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Utilize social media to help market roles and attract talent and build online communities of target candidates. In addition, you will embody our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in Technical hiring. 2-5 years of overall experience. Minimum of 1 year in Microsoft Technologies
  • Knowledge of end-to-end hiring (Sourcing to onboarding) Naukri, LinkedIn and X-ray Search
  • Experience using an ATS and Social networks for recruiting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving ability, to be able to build effective and constructive relationships with Stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the talent landscape of Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring activities. End to end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Drive all hiring channels effectively
  • Resume screening and initial phone screening
  • Schedule/coordinate interviews
  • Maintain & build candidate database
  • Stakeholder management
  • Dashboards and Reporting


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
  • Experience with relevant skills per Skills Addendum for associated discipline. The Company reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises.
