Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales of our hospital software solutions across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales, a deep understanding of the hospital ecosystem, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and ensuring our products reach hospitals nationwide.


Key Responsibilities


• Sales Strategy Development:

     •  Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote EMR, EHR, and Patient Engagement software.

     •  Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks across India.

     •  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Business Development:

     •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare organizations.

     •  Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

     •  Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients.

• Sales Management:

     •  Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

     •  Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.

     •  Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Client Relationship Management:

     •  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.

     •  Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates on product enhancements and new features.

• Reporting and Analysis:

     •  Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

     •  Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Experience:

     •  Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare technology.

     •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

• Skills:

     •  Strong understanding of EMR, EHR, and Patient Engagement software.

     •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

     •  Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.

     •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Other:

     •  Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
