Sales Intern

Internship Requirements:

  • Maintaining the internal sales process on a day to day basis.
  • Contacting old clients/leads to check for requirements and proposing current plans to them.
  • Keeping track of all calls and conducting regular follow-ups with leads.
  • Conducting market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Generating sales leads through new and innovative ideas.
  • Creating and managing sales funnels.
  • Making cold calls to prospective clients to provide current program information.
  • Developing sales and marketing scripts and rebuttals.
  • Required to identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer
  • base.
  • Required to collect and analyze data to assess sales performance and propose improvements.
  • Required to draft professional emails and messages to communicate with potential
  • and existing clients.
  • Expected to stretch as and when required.
  • Able to work flexible hours and be available outside of traditional business hours if needed.
  • Your official work hours are 5 hours per day, 6 days per week.
  • Your shift can be changed as per company requirement after sending an advance notice.
  • Sundays are week-offs. 
  • Your appointment can be canceled anytime if the performance degrades or in case of misbehavior with the EQ Team and clients personally or virtually with a loss of pay.
  • Expected to meet deadlines for completing assigned tasks and projects. Any miss or delays will result in a half-day loss of pay post 2 warnings every month after the training period is over.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Job requirements can be amended from time to time.
