We are looking for people who have demonstrated proven success in roles and through abilities in AI Governance, RAI assessments, RAI risk controls, control mechanisms for AI development, and managing RAI policies and principles.

The candidate will be working as part of a Responsible AI and risk management team and deliver individual competencies as per the delivery plan.

Activities in scope for the requirement:

  • Development of AI Policies & principles based on changes to regulatory requirements.
  • Development of AI training modules based on regulatory requirements.
  • Refinement of AI Risk taxonomy and controls.
  • Manage RFPs, demos, commercials, stakeholder engagement with 3rd parties for AI governance tool onboarding.
  • Devise a SAAS onboarding plan for the AI governance tool.
  • Development of rule-based logics for AI Governance tool.
  • Support Data migration to AI governance tool.
  • Contribute to Responsible AI process refinement.
  • To work with Procurement team to incorporate AI clauses and AI schedules into the revised Third-Party Risk Management process and Third-Party Suppliers.
  • Development of AI & RAI processes to monitor the control mechanisms and align to Technology Controls Framework.
  • Devise a management monitoring strategy and approach for RAI processes.
  • Develop a strategy and approach for AI model registry.
  • Develop the AI model registry with accessibility and for ease of maintenance and to implement security and compliance measures.
  • Experience in tax implications of using AI tools.


Skill requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience in developing AI/RAI policies, principles, and training modules based on regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in risk taxonomy, encompassing legal, compliance, privacy, operational, financial, regulatory, data, and risk control implementation for risk categories.
  • Ability to implement responses/mitigations to identified risks in line with new regulations or laws, managing independent assessments and audit reviews, investigate deviations and instigate, define, and manage CAPAs.
  • Experience managing vendors and stakeholders for the end-to-end implementation of an AI governance solution at the organizational level.
  • Experience implementing AI governance tools and migrating data for all AI and risk modules.
  • Experience in auto control recommendations in developing rule-based logics in AI governance tool.
  • Experience in incorporating the AI clauses, AI schedules in Third-Party supplier AI SOWs.
  • Experience in categorizing & conducting RAI assessments for different types of risks.
  • Experience in implementing the control mechanisms for AI and Gen AI development.
  • Experience in developing and deploying the model registry for different business functions in enterprise.
  • Display a strong awareness of the current landscape in terms of data and AI and associated risks. AI is in its relative infancy and so any candidate must display a good understanding of this area and a passion to continue learning, being able to apply that knowledge in practical terms.
  • Display original thinking and ability to collaborate to ideate and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, aligned to the organization’s data and AI risk appetite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to identify and establish relationships with senior stakeholders and be able to simplify complex problems to be quickly understood.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent.
  • Proven experience of data risk management in a large organization.
  • Experience in FMCG, FMCH, Pharmaceutical Industries.
  • Knowledge of Information/Data Security.
