Through social media, we raise awareness about animal cruelty and the animal ecosystem by running campaigns and posting adoption appeals.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at Pawzz Foundation in Gurugram. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, training and development, and effective communication within the organization. The associate will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including employee onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and employee relations.


Daily Roles

  • Recruitment and selection: Assist in screening, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitate induction meetings, and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Data analysis: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights for process improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and stakeholders.
  • Daily operations support: Support the daily operations of the HR department, including managing recruitment dashboards, supervising WhatsApp groups with interns, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate communication, address inquiries, and provide updates on recruitment status.
  • Collaborate with hiring interns, team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, and provide support as needed.
  • Explore business collaborations and strategic partnerships with the potential for mass impact and provide feedback to the core team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in the non-profit or animal welfare sector is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
