About Us

Pawsitive Records is revolutionizing the animal healthcare ecosystem with an interoperable system of digital pet and animal health records. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technology Co-founder to join our founding team and lead our technology initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy for Pawsitive Records.
  • Lead the design and development of our cloud-based practice management software.
  • Oversee the technical architecture, infrastructure, and security of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and LLMs for preventive care and diagnostics.
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with emerging technologies in the animal healthcare space.
  • Mentor and manage the tech team, including interns and full-time developers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a tech startup or a tech enthusiast.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, software development, and system architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data science, and healthcare technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for animal welfare and a vision for transforming the animal healthcare industry.
