  • Be involved in the whole security process for onboarding
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Publish and remove job advertisement
  • Recruiting, hiring and retaining talent
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Providing Administrative support and facility management.
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Develop Culture & discipline within the organization.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors
  • Facilities upkeep and improvement.
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Interviewing skills
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience using MS spreadsheets, word & ppt
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
