Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Business Partner for our global and leadership hiring initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best leaders to drive our business forward.


Experience required: 3 to 5 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Leadership Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent globally, leveraging networks, social media, and industry events.
  • Assessment and Selection: Design and implement robust assessment and selection processes to ensure the identification of high-caliber candidates who align with our organizational values and goals.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for senior roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
