We are dedicated to fostering creativity and learning through play, and we are looking for a dynamic North Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our sales in the northern region.
Position: North Sales Executive
Location: New Delhi
Job Summary:
The North Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for our toy products in the northern region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the toy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the northern region.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand our customer base.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our products and address client needs.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Skills:
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the northern region.
