Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Head Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, achieve revenue and sales targets, and establish strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, providing training and mentorship, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and sales skills in Oncology and Hepatology field
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
