You'll manage projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep BFSI knowledge and regulatory expertise are key. Understand and define the project scopes, deliverables, end-users, objectives, and outcomes of the project.Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (requirements, scope matrix, use cases, flow diagrams, proposals, UAT plan, migration plan, Run book etc.)End to End Testingincluding creation of automation scripts, defect & Gap analysis etc.Maintain project management templates, communication plan and other project admin artefacts in line with industry practices and client/stakeholder requirements.Act as a single point of contact to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of the project.Report on project success results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.Manage day-to-day project activitiesOther important information:Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in IndiaPeriod of engagement: Full timeProbation period: 6 monthsCompensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussionLeave: 22 working days a year. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth.
