Job Title: Upwork Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience working on Upwork as a freelancer or a lead generation specialist.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience working with Upwork and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads through the platform. You should possess excellent communication skills and have a thorough understanding of Upwork's tools and features, enabling you to effectively navigate the platform and create successful proposals.
Key Responsibilities ( Upwork Experience Only)-

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork by generating high-quality leads through strategic outreach, proposal writing, and direct engagement with potential clients.
• Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent written and verbal communication. Be able to confidently represent the company, respond to client queries, and effectively negotiate project terms.
• Proposal Writing: Write tailored and persuasive proposals that align with the needs of potential clients. Craft professional responses to job postings, highlighting our strengths and addressing client pain points.
• Upwork Platform Expertise: Utilize the full functionality of Upwork to search for relevant job postings, communicate with clients, track job postings, and manage contracts effectively. Stay up-to-date with any new features or updates within the platform.
• Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor lead generation and proposal response metrics, continuously improving strategies for better engagement and conversion rates. Adjust approaches based on client feedback and performance data.
• Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other teams, including project managers and other sales staff, to ensure successful transitions from lead generation to project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Upwork Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Upwork platform, including job search, bidding strategies, client communication, and contract management. Ability to efficiently navigate Upwork's various tools and resources.
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience working on Upwork as a freelancer or a lead generation specialist, with a demonstrable track record of successfully generating leads and winning projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to craft professional, clear, and persuasive messages that resonate with potential clients.
Lead Generation & Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
