You will play an important role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our operational duties.   What you will do:  . Ensuring efficient functioning of the booking platform by monitoring the bookings regularly  . Monitoring inventory . Coordinating with hotels to secure reservations  . Resolving customer issues . Implementing operational improvements . Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations  What is expected from you:  . Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written languages . Strong organisational and analytical skills . Quick to adapt to a new environment and new colleagues .
