Job Title: Revenue Head

Location: Mumbai, India

Reporting To: CEO/Founder

Role Overview:

The Revenue Head will be responsible for driving growth and managing sales across different business areas, including Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, D2C, and International Markets. This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, execution skills, and a good understanding of the FMCG and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to reach ₹1000 crore.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and expand sales channels both in India and globally.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align product offerings with sales efforts.
  1. Sales & Revenue Ownership:
  • Lead and manage sales teams across all channels: Modern Trade, Q-commerce, E-commerce, International Sales, and D2C.
  • Drive market growth, especially in South & West India.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key retailers, e-tailers, and online marketplaces.
  • Monitor sales performance and profitability, ensuring effective conversion rates and timely payments.
  1. E-commerce & Digital Growth:
  • Work with marketing and analytics teams to boost revenue across platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and the D2C website.
  • Use data to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain a strong market share in the Hair Care category.
  1. Leadership & Team Building:
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set performance goals and incentives to ensure accountability and success.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  1. Financial & P&L Management:
  • Own the P&L for all business areas and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor costs, margins, and sales forecasting.

Key Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or beauty products.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue, managing multi-channel sales, and driving retail/e-commerce growth.
  • Experience managing large teams and working with retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and consumer trends.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.
