Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment/Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our company's Operational and administrative efforts. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless Coordination process.


Required Skills:

Collaborate with recruiters and leads/Managers to schedule screening calls with internal stakeholders.

Efficiently manage interview schedules for multiple candidates, ensuring all parties are available and informed of interview times, Resumes and JDs shall be obtained from ATS if not provided

All scheduling information should be promptly updated in ATS and change status, and updated master tracker time to time.

Reformat Resumes and JD’s according to Company standard format and revert in given TAT.

Provide administrative, organizational, and scheduling support, including 1:1 executive assistance as needed.

Load candidate details in Project Management Tool in a timely manner.

Adapt to 30% of ad hoc requests and deliver tasks accurately within deadlines.

Multitask effectively, handling 40% of tasks simultaneously.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks

Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage high volumes of tasks independently and with minimal guidance.

This role demands adaptability, with 40% of tasks being dynamic and evolving daily, alongside fixed responsibilities.
