ROLE SUMMARY

The role holder is responsible for managing SME / TASC, compliance, and income delivery in the Retail Segment in his / her catchment and, is expected to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

  • Driving initiatives for SME / TASC in the assigned geography for the respective channel
  • Responsible for business delivery and capability creation of TBL, Trade and Forex and CMS from EBRB and TASC
  • Product/process initiatives in the region to increase customer acquisition / enhancement/increment in wallet and market share
  • Joint scoping with branches for mapping opportunity in focus and opportunity segments. Structuring product/pricing requirements for specific catchments / customer groups basis identified opportunity
  • Joint visits to cluster and zone with cluster PSM for product structuring / relationship deepening to EBRB branches
  • Drive B2B2C opportunities with the help of regional / zonal leadership
  • Engagement with Business Leaders, ZH, RH, BM of EBRB & TASC to drive TFX & CMS business

Core Responsibilities

  • Earmarking key focus business Segments within the geography in terms of current account & trade forex business, under consultation with regional leadership. Continuous interaction with branches / leadership to ensure that business focus is maintained, and key identified branches are visited at regular intervals
  • Sales efficiency of working model / sales process in key branches and highlight gaps to management for corrective action.
  • Proliferation of TFX and CMS Strategy in terms of input and output right down to the last mile
  • Resources Level Activation from SME / TASC

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities

  • Regular Training of resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking within the Trade / Forex / CMS domain / TBL
  • Drive marketing initiatives in respective channel for brand building / acquisition/balance & revenue build-up
  • Planning local contests and promos, events for prospective customer meet, trade-forex centric association meetings for regions in consultation with regional leadership
  • Provide inputs to central product team on Segmentation and market sizing for current account & trade forex business at a catchment level
