Job Overview:

As a Content Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of content-related products and IPs. You will leverage your sales expertise and deep understanding of the branded content ecosystem to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate deals to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the brand solutions team to create new content-led products and IPs, leveraging the sports assets owned and managed by JSW Sports
  2. Have a strong relationship with publishers, streaming platforms, media companies and content creators
  3. Have a deep understanding of digital metrics and the ability to package content into monetizable assets
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for content-related products and services
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  6. Present and demonstrate content offerings to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and licensing agreements to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, brand solutions, sales, legal and finance to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  10. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics
  11. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand professional network and generate leads


Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content sales, digital media sales, branded content partnerships, creator-led IPs or related field
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with stakeholders across media, entertainment, or publishing industries is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of branded content ecosystem, digital marketing and ability to create new content-led IPs
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
