Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our early sales activities and hands-on sales efforts for Beaconer. As a Sales manager, you will be instrumental in executing our expansion strategy, responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and contributing to our rapid growth trajectory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment that drives results.
  • Drive the acquisition of new business by identifying prospective clients, comprehending their cybersecurity needs, and delivering tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and strategic partners within the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive differentiators.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generating reports to provide insights that optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Beaconer's cybersecurity solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated success in B2B technology sales, specifically within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong background in solution selling, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges faced by businesses.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Hands-on and results-driven approach, willing to engage in direct sales activities while setting an example for the team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
