The NPD Manager will be responsible to oversee the entire product development process and post development till launch. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring products are developed on time and within budget. The candidate must have strong background in new product development and project management.


Key responsibilities:

· Lead product development process till commercialization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, manufacturing and purchase.

· Create and manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.

· Develop product specifications and quality standards to ensure products meets customer requirements.

· Conduct competitive analysis and bench marking.

· Manage product testing and validation processes.

· Prepare and present product development updates and reports.
