Role Description: 


A proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication skills to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and successfully close deals.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Stay informed about the company’s offerings and developments to effectively explain and promote our solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand and assess client requirements to provide tailored recommendations and guidance through our cold chain logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with the product team to manage client requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment between client needs and our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our cold chain logistics solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving performance and leveraging incentives.
  • Lead generation and event management to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Utilize your expertise in cold chain logistics to offer solutions that ensure the safe and efficient transport of temperature-sensitive goods.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize cold chain processes, including temperature monitoring, compliance, and inventory management.
  • Address and resolve any logistical challenges or issues that arise during transportation and storage.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events to build relationships, conduct assessments, and support business development activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure clarity on requirements, expectations, and project milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and logistics processes, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track progress, performance, and client feedback.
  • Work closely with the product and logistics teams to ensure that client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall service quality.


Skills Required: 


  • Preferred experienced logistics professional candidates with over 3 years of experience in Cold Chain Logistics and Data Loggers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. 
  • Experienced logistics professional with over 3 years in Cold Chain Logistics and Data Loggers. 
  • Motivated to excel in target-driven sales environments with a focus on incentives.
  • Technical background with a B. Tech/B.E or equivalent degree preferred; MBA with any specialization is an added advantage. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. 
  • Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a diverse team.
