Antal International, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi is a franchisee of Antal International since Sept 2021 and operates from Office at East Patel Nagar. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIGNATION:                                   Business Development Executive.

LOCATION:                                         New Delhi, East Patel Nagar.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:   Any Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:                                       Fresher to  2 years experience                                   

SALARY:                                              2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Higher can be considered for exceptional Candidates)

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·      Any Graduate with an MBA or equivalent with Relevant experience is preferred. Must have completed graduation

·      Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive.

·      Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries.

·      Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.

·      Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans.

·      Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

  • Delhi/NCR candidates are required.


RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment solutions through market research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their workforce needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
