Role Description 

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time on-site role as a Tender Operations Associate located in Patna. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the tender process, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end tender activities and liaising with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

GeM Portal Management(Good to have): 

 - Manage and oversee the end-to-end process on the GeM portal, including registration, bid submission, and follow-ups. 

 - Ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines laid out by the GeM portal. 

 

Government Business Development: 

 - Identify new business opportunities within government sectors and develop strategies to secure contracts. 

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders to enhance business prospects. 

 - Monitor government tender announcements and proactively pursue relevant opportunities. 

 

Proposal Preparation: 

 - Lead the preparation of comprehensive and competitive proposals, including technical and financial aspects. 

 - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development. 

 - Ensure all proposals are aligned with the client's needs and comply with government regulations. 

 

Stakeholder Management: 

 - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the tender process. 

 - Liaise with government officials, vendors, and partners to negotiate terms and secure favorable outcomes. 

 

Tender Management: 

 - Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission and post-submission follow-ups. 

 - Manage tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. 

 - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for tender submissions. 

 

Government Portals: 

 - Manage and navigate various government portals to track tender opportunities and maintain updated records. 

 - Ensure the company's profile and documents are current and meet all the criteria required by government portals. 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. 

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in tender management, government business development, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in tender management, bid coordination, or related roles. 

- Strong understanding of the tender process and procurement principles. 

- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines 

- Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. 

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

 

Technical Skills: 

 - Proficient in using GeM and other government portals. 

 - Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations. 

 - Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills
