At Anko, food and coffee create a sense of community and belonging—offering guests the feeling of being at home.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a CDP (Chef de Partie) in the hot kitchen at Anko café, located in Coimbatore. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to the menu and standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining high levels of hygiene, ensuring consistent quality, coordinating with team members, and assisting in kitchen operations. The role also involves maintaining a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests through excellent food preparation.QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Food Preparation in SOUTH INDIAN / continental and Cooking, with strong attention to detail and presentation.Understanding and practice of Hygiene and food safety standards in kitchen operations.Strong Communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.Experience or skills in Customer Service, ensuring food meets guest satisfaction standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.Relevant culinary training, diploma, or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
