We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful integration of the ERP system with our business processes.


Key Responsibilities:


              •  Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project.

              •   Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

              •   Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.

              •    Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors.

              •    Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

              •    Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget and to the highest quality standards.

              •   Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

              •   Facilitate user training and support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP

system.

              •   Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and

standards.


Qualifications:


              •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

              •     Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with systems such as SAP,

Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

              •     Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

              •     Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

              •     Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

              •     PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.


Preferred Skills:


              •     Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.

              •     Knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.

              •     Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies.
