Job Description:

We are seeking an 6+ years of experienced Salesforce LWC Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing custom LWC components, overwriting Salesforce standard functionalities, integrating with third-party applications, and updating frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for delivering user-driven, high-performance solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom LWC Development: Build, modify, and maintain custom Lightning Web Components to meet specific user and business requirements. Ensure components are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Overwriting Salesforce Standard Functions: Customize Salesforce's standard functionalities using LWC to align with unique business needs. Extend and enhance out-of-the-box Salesforce features as required.

Integration with Third-Party Applications: Design and develop seamless integrations between Salesforce and various third-party applications (APIs, web services, etc.), ensuring data integrity and security.

User-Centric Customization: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver LWC components in a way that suits their desired workflows, focusing on optimizing the user experience while adhering to business logic.

Framework Updates: Maintain and update LWC frameworks as needed to ensure scalability, performance optimization, and alignment with new Salesforce platform releases and best practices.

Performance Optimization: Ensure LWC components are optimized for performance across devices and platforms, focusing on reducing load times and enhancing responsiveness.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Proven ability to customize and overwrite Salesforce standard functionalities to meet business-specific requirements.
  • Strong experience with integrations involving third-party applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Ability to update and maintain LWC frameworks in line with Salesforce platform updates.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and declarative development tools.
  • Expertise in building customized LWC solutions tailored to user preferences and business needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce data models, security models, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 in the context of Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Salesforce certifications, including:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) **

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)**

Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I **

Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer II (Optional)

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
