Position 

Sr. Customer Chat Support Executive

Salary: 2,50,000 LPA to 3,50,000 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Business Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer chats and providing support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide customers with relevant product information.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide customers with targeted promotions and offers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with chat and customer support software is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
