The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment. They will also be able to handle pressure effectively and provide accurate and complete information to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure effectively
• Freshers (no prior experience required)
