Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team at GetWork. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support possible.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment. They will also be able to handle pressure effectively and provide accurate and complete information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure effectively
• Freshers (no prior experience required)
