Based in Coimbatore, BES has a fine facilities, including a 51KW power service for engineering and design support, a 1,000 square-meter base go-down and ample open land for future expansion.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineers, primarily based in SALES (COIMBATORE - 1, CHENNAI/KANCHIPURAM - 1, HOSUR - 1 & COCHIN -1) & SERVICE (COIMBATORE - 1) with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities includes - Taking Ownership for the assigned targets & set goals, Complete accountability for the assigned products & segments groups, Bringing in New Key Accounts & OEM's, Generating Revenues exceeding targets, Managing technical sales operations, Nurturing client relationships, Offering technical support, Identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer support, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.QUALIFICATIONS3-7 Yrs Proven expertise in Technical B2B Sales and Sales to meet or exceed set targets in Tamilnadu & Kerala.Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationshipsExperience in providing effective Technical Support and tailored solutions to meet customer needsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of engineering concepts related to Vacuum Pumps & Systems, ETP/STP/WTP/RO Pumps & Systems, Heat Exchangers and Sustainability solutions is an assetWillingness to travel and work on-site as required, with the flexibility to manage hybrid work arrangementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Diploma Preferred.
