We're Hiring: Business Product Head - Collection


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear product vision aligned with strategic goals in collections and debt recovery. Drive roadmap prioritization to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Provide mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Product Development: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely feature delivery. Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • User Experience and Compliance: Champion user-centric design and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with legal teams on data security.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and customer feedback for product decisions and improvement.
  • Market Analysis and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for differentiation and enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and marketing for positioning.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 6+ years in senior product management within collections, debt recovery, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of collections processes, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in developing and launching products addressing industry challenges, preferably SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
