Our Requirement: Graphic Designer having previous experience in e-Commerce / Consumer Brand / Tech companies / Web-Development companies.


Years of experience: 2 to 3 years. (Freelance experiences are not considered)


Your role in our company:

  • Design and propose innovative visuals for various media, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and brand management teams to create engaging designs that align with our business goals.
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, product listings, and storefronts.
  • Work proficiently with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on customer feedback and data analytics.
  • Participate in the entire design process, from ideation to final execution.
  • Present design concepts and ideas effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure design alignment and cohesion.
  • Stay updated with changes in design applications and industry developments.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Select colors, images, text styles, and layouts that enhance the visual appeal of our content.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of designs for errors before printing or publishing.
  • Coordinate with third-party services as needed.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Candidates preferably from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID (Fashion Communication Design).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and Canva.
  • Expert knowledge in Video editing like premier pro, FCP, after effect etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven graphic design experience with an understanding of various eCommerce platform design requirements and best practices.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Knowledge of product photography is a plus.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
  • A solid understanding of the latest trends within the industry.
