Our Requirement: We are seeking a Graphic Designer with prior experience in e-Commerce, Consumer Brands, Tech companies, or Web Development firms.

Years of experience: 2 to 3 years. (No consideration for freelance experiences)

Your role in our company:

  • Design and suggest innovative visuals for various media channels, online and offline.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and brand management teams to create captivating designs aligned with business objectives.
  • Create graphics for product illustrations, logos, listings, and storefronts.
  • Proficiently use a variety of media and graphic design software.
  • Iterate designs based on customer feedback and analytics.
  • Engage in the entire design process from conception to implementation.
  • Present design concepts effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear internal communication for design coherence.
  • Stay updated on design tools and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Select colors, images, text styles, and layouts to enhance visual appeal.
  • Review designs thoroughly before finalizing for printing or publishing.
  • Coordinate with external services when necessary.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Preferably candidates from fashion institutes like NIFT or NID (Fashion Communication Design).
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Proven graphic design experience with knowledge of eCommerce design requirements.
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of product photography is a bonus.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
  • Effective interaction, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of industry trends.
