Our Requirement :
  • Graphic Designer with experience in e-Commerce, Consumer Brands, Tech companies, or Web Development firms.

Your role in our company :
  • Design and suggest innovative visuals for various online and offline media.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and brand management teams to create captivating designs aligned with our business goals.
  • Create graphics for product illustrations, logos, listings, and storefronts.
  • Proficiently work with various media and graphic design software.
  • Iterate on designs based on customer feedback and data analytics.
  • Engage in the entire design process from concept to execution.
  • Effectively present design concepts to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams for design cohesion.
  • Stay updated on design applications and industry trends.
  • Showcase excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Select colors, images, text styles, and layouts that enhance visual appeal.
  • Thoroughly review designs for errors before publishing.
  • Coordinate with third-party services when necessary.

Essential skills and qualifications :
  • Preferably candidates from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID (Fashion Communication Design).
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is desired.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Proven graphic design experience with knowledge of eCommerce platform design requirements.
  • An eye for aesthetics and detail-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Methodical work approach with consistent meeting of deadlines.
  • Knowledge of product photography is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated graphic design skills with a solid portfolio.
  • Effective interaction, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest industry trends.
