B: Live is a leading player in the electrifying last-mile mobility segment in India. We provide e-mobility solutions for fleet operators, covering the entire fleet lifecycle. Our offerings include Affordable Fleet Financing, Multi-Brand EV selection, and a Full-stack Smart Fleet Management Solution. We have a robust Network of Centralized EV Hubs that serve as service and charging touchpoints. With 70+ partnerships and a growing fleet operator base in 15 cities, we are dedicated to reshaping last-mile mobility for a cleaner and more efficient future.
Committed to shaping the future of sustainable mobility. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and ensuring that all dealership and franchise align with the company's standard and objectives. The Business manager must plan and execute a sales strategy to grow the business in the allocated territory. Managing the partners and ensuring business growth and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Network expansion
a. Identify potential markets and locations for new dealership opportunities.
b. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the dealership network.
c. Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring they meet all company requirements and standards.
d. Provide continuous support to existing dealers to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
e. Discuss and explain the Franchisee program with ROI, Commercials and FAQs
2. Franchisee management
a. Develop and execute strategies to attract potential franchisees.
b. Manage the franchise sales process from lead generation to franchise agreement signing.
c. Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to communicate the benefits and expectations of franchising with the company.
d. Evaluate potential franchisees based on financial and operational criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the brand.
e. Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of franchise agreements.
3. Driving business development
a. Local marketing activation with Franchisee partner
b. Tie-up with B2B customers (SMEs, Fleet operators, delivery agents, logistic cos)
We expect you to have:
1. Strong Sales capability, ability to identify and create sales opportunities
2. Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in local language
3. Confident with numbers and analytical skills, should be well versed in excel and Office.
4. Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers, franchisees, and attend industry events.
Qualification:
1. Post-Graduation or MBA
2. 3-5 years of field sales experience
3. Experience in the Automobile Industry
