Job Summary:


The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated CRM solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform. This role demands a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business objectives and industry best practices.


Responsibilities


  • Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations
  • Drive the requirements, implementation, and release of the features into production working with customer teams
  • Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
  • Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365
  • Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools
  • Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
  • Ability to work partially in the US time zone and attend meetings with clients


Key Responsibilities:


Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Develop comprehensive CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with business strategies and technical standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation.


Technical Leadership:

  • Lead development teams in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Define coding standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Present technical designs to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.


Implementation and Configuration:

  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules to fulfill business requirements.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform and other technologies.
  • Oversee data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.


Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and enhance the performance of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.


Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users and technical teams on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
  • Create and update user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.
  • Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to leverage new functionalities.



Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.


Experience:


  • 7+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working on PowerApps.
  • Experience in leading large-scale CRM projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, and data management
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
