SecPod is a cyber security technology company. We prevent cyberattacks. We do everything to prevent attacks on the computing environment. Our product helps implement cyber hygiene measures, so attackers have a tough time piercing through. Our SanerNow Cyber Hygiene Platform provides continuous visibility to the computing environment, identifies vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, mitigates loopholes to eliminate attack surface, and helps automate these routines. Our product philosophy is offering simplicity and automation to make the job of security administrators slightly better. We take pride in our Continuous Vulnerability and Exposure Management (CVEM) Suite.


Experience

8-10 years of experience in Product Implementation/Post-Sales (Tech) in Cyber Security or Enterprise Security software products is preferred. However, eligible candidates with Pre-Sales (Tech)/Tech Support background with requisite knowledge and aptitude can also be considered.

Role

As the Product Implementation Lead, you are responsible to lead a team of implementation Engineers involved with the activity to customize and install the SanerNow cybersecurity product(s) for our customers. In this role, you will be required to effectively interact with all relevant stakeholders to understand the architecture of the customer’s environment, suggest the best suited plan and implement the product efficiently. You will need a good understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows & Mac), network and system security. You are also expected to know the basics of PowerShell, Shell and Python scripting. You must have the ability to engage at requisite levels effectively, as necessitated during implementation. The ability to communicate product value to customers through good written, verbal, and presentation skills is a must. You will also be required to guide/mentor the team to Excel.


Responsibilities

•Act as a Product Implementation Lead for SanerNow On-Premise and Cloud/SaaS environments.

•Efficient product implementation, as a time-bound activity, after understanding the Architecture/Environment at the Customer end.

•Evaluate and Analyse Customer Needs. Create a project plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely implementation of customized product(s).

•Keep a close watch on key deliverables and ensure adherence to project milestones.

•Educating customers and channel partners on how to use purchased products through effective training.

•Creating a specialized document for each customer, detailing all customizations made.

•Create user-friendly publications, documents & training videos related to implementation.

•Analyse inputs from the customer related to Feature Enhancement requests and/or Bugs and provide necessary feedback to the Product Management team.

•Take ownership of customer issues. Evaluate the criticality, severity of the issues. Identification of root cause and issue resolution within a reasonable time.

•Ensure very high quality of implementation, strict adherence to the timelines, unambiguous and timely communications. To sum-up, ensure exceptional customer experience.

•Manage the implementation team for 24x6 coverage.

•Effective interaction with the internal teams, as necessitated, for timely resolution of the identified/reported issues.

•Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry standard practices to come up with process improvements and new ways to delight customers.

•Continuity training of the team to keep abreast with the Product, Use-Cases, Pain points and dynamics of Cybersecurity.

•Document all technical issues and create Knowledge-based Articles useful for the internal teams and customers.



Skills

•8-10 years of experience in Product Implementation/Post-Sales (Tech) in Software/Security/SaaS-based product companies with a demonstrated track record.

•Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Management and Information Security and exposure to various security technologies.

•Knowledge of network and system security.

•Experience in administering Unix/Linux, Windows, Mac systems, and Virtualization.

•Quick adaptation to requisite software tools and ability to do basic data analytics.

•Knowledge of Project Management Tools.

•PowerShell/ Shell and Python scripting.

•Exceptional presentation skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Exceptional communication [Verbal & Written (English)] and customer experience skills.
