We’re looking for a passionate Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights, helping us optimize user journeys, drive conversions, and accelerate growth.About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Producer who can bring ideas to life across short and long-form video content. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, and understands social media trends. They should be able to write compelling scripts and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-format YouTube videos. You’ll also collaborate with the production team to plan, manage, and execute shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite engaging, platform-specific scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other social platforms.Collaborate with editors to produce effective video stories.Be actively involved in shoots — working closely with the production team to ensure the creative vision and script are executed effectively.Stay updated with social media trends, audience insights, and competitor content.Requirements3–5 years of experience in social media script writing and video production.Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and structure for both short and long-form content.Experience working with creators and editorsExcellent command of Hindi and EnglishAbility to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle contentExperience analyzing video performance metrics to improve content strategy.
