Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business initiatives.
  • Maintain and update business databases, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to manage relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Associate or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategy.

Skills:

  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify business opportunities.
  • Business Analysis: Analyzing data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the creation of business proposals and presentations.
  • Relationship Management: Coordinating with clients and partners to manage relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Providing support to senior management.

Preferred:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
