Customer Success Manager

Job Purpose - As part of the Customer Success Team at Decimal, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities within these accounts. This team plays a vital role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty throughout their partnership with Decimal.
Job Responsibilities -
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicate client needs to Decimal effectively.
- Analyze client requirements and coordinate internally with various stakeholders.
- Forecast and track client account metrics.
- Manage projects through delivery leads/PMs within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Coordinate with other channels (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same account to ensureconsistent service.
- Service multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Prepare and coordinate requirement documents.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
