This is a hands-on builder role, but with future growth into technical leadership.You will:Take our working prototypes and productionize them for scale & reliabilityRefactor fast hacks into durable pipelines and modular systemsCollaborate directly with founders to shape product, infra, and roadmapLead future engineers — we’ll grow a team around youWhat you'll be doingBuild robust Python-based backend services and APIsCreate data ingestion pipelines (PDFs, emails, EDI logs, etc.)Orchestrate LLM agents using OpenAI/Anthropic APIsOwn infra for retries, logging, and error-handlingSpin up internal dashboards using Streamlit/JS for pilot demosWork in tight weekly delivery cycles — build, ship, learnDeploy via Docker in cloud-agnostic environments (GCP, AWS)Qualifications3–6 years hands-on backend Python (full-stack) experienceAbility to build frontend in HTML, Javascript and Tailwind/CSSStrong in APIs, JSON/XML, automation, async workflowsExperience with LLM agents / LangChain / Bedrock / Anthropic / GeminiProven record shipping backend/full-stack tools (solo/startup/consulting)Comfortable in Docker, GCP/AWS, and basic devopsHigh agency: unblock yourself, work fast, prioritize wellClear communicator: write good PRs, logs, and Slack updatesObsession with clean interfaces, resilience, and edge casesPreferredKnowledge of WMS / TMS / EDI / CPG ERP systemsLow-code/no-code tool familiarity (Make.com, N8N.com)Startup, bootstrapped, or freelance delivery backgroundFamiliarity with system observability, infra ops, and clean deploymentEducational QualificationsBachelors of Engineering in a technical field (Computers, Electronics, IT)Why Join NowYou’ll be the first senior technical hireYou’ll work on real customer problems, not fake demosYou’ll help define the product, tech stack, and team cultureYou’ll have upside — profit-sharing + long-term growth pathYou’ll build something meaningful, fast, and from the ground upTo Apply:Email unnat@agntworksllc.com with your resume and github link.
