Data & Analytics Practice LeaderPosition Overview - We're looking for a Practice Leader for Data & Analytics to build and lead ourhealthcare data services for payer and provider organizations. You must have proven experiencebuilding data practices from the ground up with a strong healthcare technology background.Key ResponsibilitiesData Practice BuildingBuild and scale data practice including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growthMeet annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansionEstablish data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environmentsCreate standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate our servicesDrive business development and manage P&L for practiceData Strategy & AnalyticsDefine data strategy aligned with healthcare client business goalsLead implementation of analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platformsDevelop predictive analytics and AI solutions for healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencyEnsure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)Team LeadershipBuild and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and analystsCollaborate with client executives and cross-functional stakeholdersFoster innovation and technical excellence across all data initiativesManage technical infrastructure and reduce technical debtRequired QualificationsPractice Building Experience10+ years in data leadership roles with proven track record building data practicesHealthcare payer and provider technology services background requiredExperience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clientsTrack record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue contribution targetsP&L responsibility and business development experienceTechnical SkillsExpertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousingStrong SQL, Python/R programming skillsProficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD)Knowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworksHealthcare Domain KnowledgeDeep understanding of payer and provider operations and workflowsExperience with healthcare analytics use cases (risk adjustment, quality reporting, population health)Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirementsUnderstanding of value-based care models and interoperability challengesLeadership & Business SkillsProven team leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong communication skills with ability to present to C-level executivesStrategic thinking with ability to align data initiatives to business outcomesExperience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
