You will manage client interactions, provide strategic insights, and ensure the successful completion of deliverables. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project management skills. KeyResponsibilities - Design and develop pharmaceutical analytics and reporting solutions, including market and performance insights - Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored analytics and reporting frameworks - Manage end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms - Conduct secondary research to gather and analyze market, clinical, and competitive data - Present actionable insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging data storytelling and visualization - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in pharma analytics and reporting Requirements - Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics, reporting, or a related area, with a strong focus on data interpretation and visualization - Data Tools Proficiency: Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python (good to have), and handling large datasets - Domain Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory, medical, and commercial dynamics - Datasets & Analysis: Awareness with Claims/Patient/Sales/Field force/Specialty Pharmacy/Hub datasets etc. Should be compatible with doing Patient Journey Analytics, Sales Analytics etc. to enable decision making - Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality output under tight timelines - Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to convey complex data insights clearly, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively - Client Management: Experience in directly engaging with clients to understand requirements and provide strategic recommendations JoinUs Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short timeframe will be given preference.
