Role: Client Servicing Executive
Experience Needed: 2- 3 Years handling Advertising accounts (Marketing/ Advertising Agency)
Overview
We need someone who is - Accountable, Collaborative, Resilient, and knows how to build long-term relationships & Trust. You’ll be responsible for understanding the client’s business goals and helping manage agency resources to ensure the successful completion of client deliverables. Acting as a client & agency representative and project manager, you will be the agency driver that works to keep the operations moving along to provide best-in-class service and solutions to our client.
Your job includes
- Relationship Building: Building strong, lasting relationships with the team internally while deeply understanding client needs to drive successful projects and partnerships.
- Independent Project Management: Capable of autonomously managing projects within set timeframes and budgets, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Effective Meeting Leadership: Skilled at confidently and efficiently leading internal meetings and proficient in creating comprehensive briefs, schedules, and hour estimates for projects.
- Task Delegation and Monitoring: Skillful at assigning action items and actively tracking their progress to ensure efficient completion.
- Effective Proposal Crafting: Experienced in creating persuasive proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Creative Problem Solver: Known for thinking outside the box to overcome challenges and providing innovative solutions that drive project success.
- Networking & Business Growth: Proficient networker with a knack for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, contributing to overall growth.
- Feedback Utilization: Expertise in turning client feedback into actionable improvements, enhancing client satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Flexible Friend: Flexible approach to late-night and weekend work, ensuring project timelines are met in dynamic environments.
