We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr Client Servicing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives/managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with clients' business goals and agency capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships at senior levels and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, digital marketing, media planning, etc.) to develop integrated solutions that meet clients' objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, strategic plans, and campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.


 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6+ years of work experience in mainline and digital agency
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven work experience in a digital agency will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
