As an Employee Relations Manager at IgniteAndRise,

your role responsibilities will include:-

1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the company's

goals and values.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries and complaints.

3. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure

compliance with labor laws and regulations.

4. Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and

management.

5. Conduct training sessions for employees and management on company policies,

conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.

6. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management

systems and provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews.

8. Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and resolutions.

9. Prepare reports and analyses on employee relations trends for senior management.

10. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for

new hires.

11. Stay abreast of current trends in employee relations and continuously seek ways to

improve processes.
