Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Organize and manage large-scale events, including corporate events, sports events, Fun Fridays, town halls, and festive celebrations for 2000+ employees.
  • Lead the planning and execution of employee rewards and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged with company updates, policies, and programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations for event services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high quality.
  • Oversee the budget for employee engagement activities, ensuring proper allocation and spending in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events that align with corporate culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Work in a 24x7 shift environment to support employee needs and ensure seamless execution of engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or employee engagement .
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events for 2000+ employees .
  • Strong operational knowledge of employee engagement strategies , internal communications , rewards and recognition programs , event planning and execution , vendor management , negotiation skills , and budgeting .
  • Experience in organizing a wide range of events, including corporate events, sports events, town halls , and festive events .
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 shift environment.
  • Must be an immediate joiner or available within a 20-day notice period .
  • Salary: Up to 6 LPA with a 20% hike based on current CTC.
  • Candidates must reside within the hiring zone of Navi Mumbai .

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in corporate event management and employee engagement strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees and leadership.
