Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
- Organize and manage large-scale events, including corporate events, sports events, Fun Fridays, town halls, and festive celebrations for 2000+ employees.
- Lead the planning and execution of employee rewards and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged with company updates, policies, and programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations for event services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high quality.
- Oversee the budget for employee engagement activities, ensuring proper allocation and spending in line with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events that align with corporate culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Work in a 24x7 shift environment to support employee needs and ensure seamless execution of engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or employee engagement .
- Proven experience managing large-scale events for 2000+ employees .
- Strong operational knowledge of employee engagement strategies , internal communications , rewards and recognition programs , event planning and execution , vendor management , negotiation skills , and budgeting .
- Experience in organizing a wide range of events, including corporate events, sports events, town halls , and festive events .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 shift environment.
- Must be an immediate joiner or available within a 20-day notice period .
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA with a 20% hike based on current CTC.
- Candidates must reside within the hiring zone of Navi Mumbai .
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in corporate event management and employee engagement strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees and leadership.
